Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Best Comfort account and associated personal data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, mobile number, photo) and login credentials.
• Personal data linked to your account that we are not legally required to retain.

Note: Order records required for accounting, warranty and legal obligations may be retained in anonymised form for the period required by law.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the Best Holding app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.
3. Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request here

Enter your account email and password to request deletion. Our team will process it within 7 business days.
